Our John Lobb Stock Service is a service that is delivered from the central John Lobb storage. Delivery times are about 4-6 weeks, given the global health crisis. We do not accept returns on any stock service orders.

30 Day Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original undamaged packaging. We offer a 14 day return policy for discounted/sale items.
No returns offered on personalized items like MTOs and other custom products like crowdfunders.
