SIZE GUIDANCE

Q: What size do you recommend for me?
A: First of all, check out our comprehensive size comparison chart. This the quickest way for you to gauge your size. You can also e-mail us at sales@skoaktiebolaget.com for guidance regarding sizing. Let us know if there is any style or brand you are particularly interested in. It is unfortunately hard for us to base sizing recommendations on foot measurements. Preferably let us know which last(s) you wear in other brands.

Q: What is recommended sizing recommendations for belts?
A: Our Löf & Tung belts run rather small, so it is often better to take the bigger size if you are considering between two lengths. The belts can very easily be shortened at a cobbler (or by yourself).

Q: How does the Skoaktiebolaget shoe trees fit your lasts what sizes are recommended?
A: Skoaktiebolaget shoe trees fits rather big in size and it is usually better to size down on the shoe trees compared to the shoes. We will always try the shoe trees in the shoes before sending anything out and contact the customer if any questions from our side comes up.

Q: Do I need an account to make an order?
A: Account creation is voluntary when ordering from us.

Q: Why is VAT not deducted upon check out? 
A: If you are browsing from a location outside the EU, VAT is already deducted. Our site is "geo sensitive" and will automatically adapt and show pricing accordingly. The price you see upon checkout is the non-VAT price.

Q: What payment methods do Skoaktiebolaget accepts?
A: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q: Can I add items to an existing order which has not yet been dispatched?
A: Skoaktiebolaget aims to dispatch all orders within one business day. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please send us an e-mail and we will try to hold on your shipment until you have confirmed which items to add.

Q: My size is out of stock; will you restock it?
A: If an item will be restocked, you have the option to use the "Waiting List" function. When (and if) restocked, you will receive a notification e-mail directly once your size is available again. If you see no Waiting List option for an item, the item will not be restocked soon. 

Q: How do I go about ordering a MTO (made-to-order)?
A: The offerings vary slightly between brands so e-mail us for further assistance. A lot of useful info can be found by following this link


RETURNS & SHIPPING

Q: Can I return a product I have bought from your online store?
A: Yes, we offer a 30 day return policy. We offer a 14 day return policy for discounted items or sales items. We do not offer any returns on made-to-order items or personalized items. Read our full Return Policy

Q: What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
A: Estimated delivery time will vary depending on courier and your country of residence. Delivery time estimates are visible when you chose your courier option. Please follow this link for more information. Usually 2-3 business days within Europe and the US and 4-5 business to the rest of the world.

Q: Can I exchange a product I have bought from your online store?
A: Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase (14 days for discontinued items).

Q: Can you help me return my order at a flat rate fee? 
A: We can only offer flat rate return fees if you have chosen DHL as your courier. We do not offer flat rate returns if you have chosen regular mail.

Q: Why does it not work to pay with Klarna? I get the error "This payment method isn't available for your billing address and currency. Please try a different payment method."
A: Klarna will only work if you pay with your local currency. Swedish clients need to make sure the SEK option is chosen in the currency selector. Danish clients need to chose DKK, etc.
